Context

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

Missions

Veesion is scaling and needs to remove friction from the client journey. You will lead one or both of these initiatives depending on your profile:

• Installation & client automation. Make clients autonomous from their signature to their system up and running. Specify self-serve app flows with as little friction as possible.

• Hardware product development. Own a new hardware product end-to-end, from spec to field deployment.

• Hands-on. You've configured hardware, read code, tested integrations. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty.

• Empathetic. Toward end users and toward the engineers you work with. Your features delight users and your specs impress developers.

• High-drive. You move fast and create urgency within teams while bringing people along.

Key Responsibilities

• Full product ownership. Discovery through delivery through post-launch, you own it all.

• Lead a dedicated squad. Backend and frontend engineers plus a shared designer.

• Roadmap ownership. You’re accountable for the roadmap of your squad.

• Bug and incident ownership. Something breaks, you're on it.

• Discovery and client research. You run interviews, dig into data, go to the field.

Requirements

• Engineering degree

• 5+ years in product management

• Hardware or hardware-adjacent experience (non-negotiable)

• Networking basics (routers, TCP/IP, VPN) are a plus

• Open to using AI in your own PM workflows
