Paid Acquisition Manager (F/M)

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.
Missions
As the Paid Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving online customer acquisition and new business for Veesion’s AI-powered solution by developing and executing growth strategies on multiple paid social and search platforms. This includes leveraging Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Google ads and exploring other paid channels with a strong focus on experimentation and optimization. You will work closely with the Growth, Sales and Marketing team to create compelling campaigns for our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Campaigns:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms to ensure a diversified lead generation strategy.
- Focus on maximizing ROI while managing and continuously optimizing campaigns.
- Strategy Development & Execution:
- Proven project management skills : you are organised, you keep track of your ongoing projects, follow KPIs and can manage collaboration with stakeholders within your team and from other teams.
- Design and implement targeted growth strategies for each market, specifically for small businesses such as grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores, liquor shops, hardware stores, etc.
- Create B2C-style campaigns that resonate with small business owners, focusing on cost-effective solutions that are easy to implement and scale.
- Collect internal and benchmark external knowledge from platform-specific advertising that aligns with trends and resonate with our target audiences (store owners).
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and iterative improvements.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Oversee and track key performance metrics, especially CPMQL (Cost per Marketing Qualified Lead) and ROAS, to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns in generating high-quality leads at sustainable costs.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and adjust campaigns based on ROI analysis to achieve better outcomes.
- Targeted Audience Segmentation:
- Use data and insights from our paid platforms to segment audiences effectively.
- Refine targeting strategies by market, location, business type, and customer behavior (liquor stores, grocery stores, etc.).
- Collaboration & Innovation:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Growth and Marketing team to align campaigns with product launches, customer feedback, and seasonal promotions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with the latest trends in social media advertising, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure Veesion remains competitive.
- Be the go-to person for insights on the evolution of paid media algorithms and its impact on campaigns.
You’re a Great Match If
- 5-7 years of proven experience in paid marketing and managing paid campaigns at scale, with a strong and proven track record across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Hands-on expertise in paid media strategy including campaign optimization, A/B testing, conversion tracking, reporting, internal communication, and scaling paid campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, geographies, and projects at once, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of growth challenges and a passion for driving measurable results.
