As we structure our growing team, we’re seeking a Team Lead SDR to play a pivotal role in our dynamic and multicultural team.

Missions

• Coaching the SDR team to boost lead generation success.
• Monitoring diverse strategies to promote cross-team collaboration.
• Ensuring and improving quality control.
• Managing team performance, reviewing pipelines, and analyzing data.
• Developing the team roadmap, creating and optimizing workflows and processes.
• Actively participating in cold calling sessions.

You’re a Great Match If

• At least 3 years of professional experience, 1 year leading a team
• You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, leading teams with passion.
• You work independently, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Your strategic mindset allows you to analyze data and optimize processes.
• You are results-oriented, with experience managing sales teams or processes.
• You are eager to learn in a stimulating, challenging environment, and you communicate fluently in English and French.
