Mid-Market Account Executive (F/M/X)

At Veesion, we’re redefining retail security through AI. Our proprietary gesture recognition platform detects theft in real time—currently protecting over 5,500 stores in 45+ countries. As we expand across the U.S., we’re building a world-class sales team to bring our technology to mid-sized retail chains and regional enterprises.
We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to own and grow relationships with retailers operating 10–100 stores across the U.S. If you have experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are excited to help shape the future of retail loss prevention, we’d love to meet you.
What will you do
Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through close, working closely with sales engineers and implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding.
Develop Mid-Market Pipeline
- Identify and engage mid-sized retail groups through outbound prospecting, warm leads, referrals, and industry events. You'll focus on multi-location operators where our AI technology can have the greatest ROI.
Consultative Selling
- Become an expert in Veesion’s AI platform and tailor value-driven pitches based on each customer’s pain points, such as shrink rate, operational inefficiencies, or security gaps.
Forecasting & Revenue Planning
- Maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting using Salesforce. Track key sales metrics to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to provide feedback, develop materials, and improve the buyer journey.
Territory Development
- Build a go-to-market strategy for your region. Travel to key accounts, conferences, and industry gatherings to develop relationships and accelerate growth.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally selling to retail or physical security stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a full-cycle AE role.
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills with VP- and Director-level buyers.
- Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex solutions for varied audiences.
- Adaptable, curious, and energized by the opportunity to build at a growth-stage startup.

Additional Info
This is a U.S.-based, remote position with periodic travel expected (20–30%). You’ll report directly to sales leadership and play a key role in shaping our U.S. expansion strategy.
