As we structure our growing team, we’re opening a position of a Senior FP&A Analyst, who’ll report to Yulia, our CFO & being exposed to C-level and play a pivotal role in a dynamic and multicultural environment where they can make a significant impact.

Missions

Monthly & quarterly closing reportings

• To collaborate with Accounting & finance director in order to provide a timely reporting pack (M+5 closing deadline for Excel pack + Analysis Word note)
• As part of closing process, conduct Actuals versus budget meetings on M+3 with all budget owners in order to confirm cut off accuracy & drive budget accountability
• Perform accounting analytics control
• Perform accounting cut off files review
• Explain revenue & cost variances versus budget & forecast
• Contribute to quarterly reportings & KPIs deck for the Board

Perform Budget forecast compaigns

• Plan, communicate & implement Budget compaign (between September & October), 1 or 2 reforecast compaigns (April & July).

Facilitate decision-making on strategic topics & provide insightful KPIs

• Partner with Data & RevOps teams in order to assure alignment in KPIs’s calculations & numbers produced in financial reportings & Sales Force, MetaBase
• Construct a solid KPIs reporting around all sales-marketing funnel (from leads to deals won) & maintain its consistency
• Be a gate keeper of data accuracy
• Run ad-hoc analyses to help specific departments better understand their underlying drivers and optimize their performance

Implement new tools powered with AI

• With a cost savvy mindset, test & implement automation around reporting & KPIs reporting
• Partner with R&D data team to explore AI capabilities to automate KPis production, as well as forecast.

You’re a Great Match If

MUST HAVE

• You justify an strong academic background (Master in Finance or Engineer).
• You have at least 8 years of professional experience in Transaction Services and/or FP&A in a startup/scaleup envrironment or a VC firm, exposed to international environment
• You’re at ease working with Excel, Gsheet & Salesforce.
• You have a great knowledge of SaaS KPIs
• You’re passionate about data, metrics & the connection between numbers & facts ; you’re able to understand the big picture with a helicopter view and you’re perfectly able to efficiently communicate to all stakeholders where processes need an upgrade in order to preserve data accuracy.
• You have a good understanding of accounting.
• You demonstrate outstanding project management skills ; you have an significant experience in implementing a tool (ERP, reporting tool, forecasting tool etc).
• You’re humble, determined attitude and you’re a real a team player
• You’re fluent in both English & French ; Portuguese is a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

• Appreciated knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Metabase, Canva, any tool of data science
