Context
Veesion is growing rapidly thanks to the success of its Series B financing. As part of the expansion of our team, we are looking for an Account Executive for the Italian Market.
You will play a key role in our dynamic, multicultural team. As Account Executive, you will be responsible for customer account management and business development. Your tasks will include independent prospecting to identify and target key decision-makers, organizing meetings with our prospects and converting these opportunities into signed contracts.
Mission
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of prospects and opportunities in the CRM, with regular reporting on key sales indicators;
- Maintain and renew contact with existing prospects, inviting them to participate in digital marketing events, webinars and conferences;
- Identify customer needs, demonstrate Veesion's benefits and guide the customer through the buying process to the conclusion of the sale;
- Organize live product demonstrations at meetings, with inbound and outbound prospects;
- Contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process;
- Close deals to achieve individual and team objectives;
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality follow-up of each prospect.
We are looking for a determined individual who will play a key role in Veesion's mission: to convince as many retailers as possible to sign up against shoplifting.
Profile
- You have strong sales and negotiation skills;
- You're a good communicator, both orally and in writing, and know how to engage in dialogue with all types of prospects;
- You take on challenges with determination to achieve your objectives, and don't hesitate to get involved;
- You are comfortable using a CRM on a daily basis;
- You are agile and adapt easily to change;
- You can synthesize complex needs into simple proposals;
- You are autonomous and organized;
- You must speak Italian & English.
