Are you dynamic and have a sense of service? Then you may be our future Operation Specialist for the US market !
Your main tasks will be the following:
As an Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless technical experience. You’ll manage remote installation processes, assist clients step-by-step, and provide first-level technical troubleshooting and maintenance support. Your collaboration with our Technicians and ability to escalate issues when necessary will be key to maintaining service excellence.
- Act as the primary contact for clients during the installation process;
- Guide clients through remote installations, ensuring all systems are correctly configured and operational;
- Provide timely and efficient first-level technical support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve basic issues;
- Support clients with maintenance-related questions and minor technical interventions.
- Collaborate closely with Technicians, escalating more complex technical issues, when needed;
- Ensure all client interactions and technical updates are properly recorded in Salesforce;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and client support resources.
These missions may vary according to the evolution of the company’s needs. We will guide you throughout your onboarding in order to increase your skills!
Preferred experience
- Experience in a customer-facing technical support or operations role;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Basic technical knowledge of systems, networks, or IT environments (hardware/software familiarity);
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly way;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting;
- C2 Level or Native in English.
