Welcome to our Human Resources team! Our team, composed of 3 people, is focused on shaping the future of our company while fostering an outstanding employee experience.
As a key member of the team, you will play an essential role in supporting the execution of our ambitious recruitment efforts following our next funding round. Your mission will focus on recruiting top talent across various roles, including Sales, Operations, Customer Success Management (CSM), Data, Marketing, and more.For us, attracting and retaining high-performing, fulfilled talents is at the heart of our success.

Your main responsibilities will include

- Sourcing: Source and attract top talent using various channels (LinkedIn, tech platforms, events, forums, school partnerships, etc.)

- Managing the recruitment process: Conduct initial interviews, oversee the entire recruitment cycle up to the offer formalization, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout to successful onboarding 
- Ensure recruitment for tech and non-tech profiles: be able to hire Tech and non-tech profiles 
- Supporting and advising stakeholders: Partner with stakeholders daily to address their recruitment needs effectively and fill positions on time.

Skills expectations 

- Proficiency in recruitment techniques and tools (scorecards, headhunting, structured interviews, nurturing, WTTJ etc.)
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a commercial mindset and are driven by results
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; French proficiency is a plus
